The witness and a friend were in London and captured a photograph of a building there, but they did not see anything with the naked eye and only saw the objects when he looked at the photographs.
BUFORA's Imaging Specialist, Mark Easen assessed the photograph, and gives the following evaluation below:
This is a classic case of Lens Flare reflections, with many of them on this image but there are 3 main areas, which using the "Straight lines drawn equal and opposite line through the center" method, shows us that:
The big 'object' at the left hand side with multiple light sources, is a lens flare
reflection of the main streetlamp to the right hand side. This probably has an LED bulb with at least 7 light emitting segments.
2. The red circled "4 in-a-row plus 1 up" 'lights in the sky' (Top Right) are a lens flare
reflection of the lights in the same pattern circled bottom left.
3. The lights top/middle left (red squared) are a lens flare reflection of the building
lamps, red squared middle/bottom right.
