CURRENT PROJECTS
BUFORA is currently engaged in the following research projects; both project summaries and project co-ordinators are listed. BUFORA welcomes constructive comments and any new information pertaining to these projects.
Vehicle Interference Report Co-ordinator: Geoff Falla Email: enquiries@bufora.org.uk
There have been a large number of reports where experiences with alleged UFOs have involved unusual effects on vehicles. This project has been conducted for sometime and is presently being updated with contemporary material.
The Pilots Project Co-ordinator: John Spencer Email: johnandanne@paranormalworldwide.net
A rolling project that collects known witness testimony and data from civilian and military pilots who have observed anomalous phenomena in flight. BUFORA is keen to receive new information relating to these observations.
UFOs & folklore Co-ordinator: Tony Eccles Email: enquiries@bufora.org.uk
It is fascinating to read how some UFO researchers make the claim that certain folklore creatures resemble and act similar to modern UFO entities. Are these creatures one and the same? Or has the subject of folklore and its related fairy-folk been misinterpreted? The project co-ordinator requests help from those who believe they have recently experienced a ‘close encounter’ with a UFO and its entities and also from those who believe they have recently encountered fairy folk.
Experimental Production of UFO Phenomena
BUFORA has run a pilot experiment concerned with the creation of UFO phenomena. The experiment was run for a fortnight. Volunteer participants were asked to spend a short period of time, twice a day, visualizing a scripted UFO scenario. This related to a selected site. People at the site had been asked to note and record any anomalous phenomena. The results of the experiment can be found here.
UFOs, anti-gravity and infinite energy
Co-ordinator: Richard Conway, Stan Conway
Email: enquiries@bufora.org.uk
An investigation into new technologies such as lifters et al. determining how their effects compare with the effects in various UFO reports.
Non-publication research projects include:
Case Files Electronic Archiving Project (Max Burns, Richard Conway)
Lecture & Conference Audio Archiving Project (Matthew Williams)
