Have you seen or experienced something strange that you would like to report to BUFORA?

On this page you will find a sighting report form that you can download and then print off from your computer. The form is self-explanatory and covers many aspects of a potential sighting, the details of which are essential for us to be able to review your sighting/experience properly.

Please fill in the form as accurately and with as much detail as possible, and if need be, include an extra sheet of paper if you have any more thoughts or descriptions to add. Please start at section A. If there were multiple witnesses to the event, please ask them to fill in forms separately and send on to us.

Once you have completed your form, you may submit it to BUFORA in two ways:
• Scan your report and attach it to an email addressed to STHeatherD77@aol.com
• Send your report by post to: Gloria Heather Dixon, Bufora Investigations, 14 Longhirst Drive, Wide Open, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, NE13 6JW, UK

Your report will be forwarded to our Investigations department. You will then be contacted to discuss your report with a view to establishing whether there is an obvious (or perhaps not so obvious) explanation for your sighting, based on the information given, or if it may require further investigation.

Please make sure to include your full address, phone number and email address on the form. All personal details will be held in the strictest of confidence and will not be disclosed to any third party (i.e. outside of the Association) unless with your express permission.
